Cancellation Policy

1. Agreement & Payment Terms By submitting payment for this package, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy. Your payment serves as your electronic signature, indicating full acceptance of these terms, including all refund, cancellation, and chargeback provisions. • Original cost for these services is $350. However, the 10% discounted rate is only $315. • A non-refundable administrative deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure the discounted rate. • Remaining balance of $265 must be paid in full no later than 11/26/25 • Failure to pay the remaining balance by this date will result in: - Loss of the discounted package rate - Forfeiture of the $50 deposit - Cancellation of all services This package is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual, nor exchanged for other services or products. 2. Package Expiration & Scheduling All coaching services included in this package must be scheduled and completed by 1/5/26. No extensions will be provided beyond this date. Unused/unscheduled services will automatically expire and are non-refundable. 3. Assessments & Coaching Contract • Upon receipt of the full payment, you will be emailed: - Links to two electronic assessment - A coaching contract for review and signature • Assessments and the coaching contract must be completed and returned within 7 calendar days of receipt. • Clients are responsible for checking spam/junk folders if the email is not in their inbox. 4. No Refunds & No Chargebacks All sales are final once assessment links are issued or administrative processing begins. Because assessment are non-reusable and administrative costs are incurred immediately upon payment, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. By making payment, you waive any right to dispute or charge back amounts paid for services, assessments, or administrative costs. 5. Services Considered Rendered Services are considered rendered in full once: - Assessment links have been issued, or - Coaching contract has been sent, or - Administrative processing has begun Failure to complete assessments, return coaching contract, schedule, or attend coaching sessions (including no-shows) does not entitle the client to a refund, reschedule, or credit. 6. Session Scheduling After completing assessments and returning the signed coaching contract, you will receive a scheduling link for your 90-minute couples coaching session. All sessions must be scheduled/completed by 1/5/26.
