Shirita has more than 19 years of business, coaching (executive, career, skill, goal, life, etc.), organizational development, and human resources experience helping individuals, executives, couples, teams, and organizations in the Federal Government and Private Sector. She uses an multidisciplinary approach to model the way and enact others to act. She has worked with a plethora of issues and leaders in the private and public sector. Shirita’s approach includes using International Coaching Federation coaching techniques, models, and data to solve problem and to achieve goals. She holds an ACC, ODCP, PMP, CSSGB, SHRM-CP, CPTD, and PHR certification. She is an International Coaching Federation certified coach. She is certified to administer multiple highly recognized coaching behavioral assessments. She utilizes a customized approach with every client encounter.
