Shirita Nash brings over 20 years of experience in coaching, organizational development, and human resources, working with individuals, executives, couples, teams, and organizations in both the federal government and private sector. As an International Coaching Federation-certified coach with credentials including ACC, ODCP, PMP, CSSGB, SHRM-CP, CPTD, and PHR, Shirita blends coaching techniques, psychological models, and data-driven strategies to help clients connect, solve problems, and achieve their goals.​
​ A proud military spouse, mother of two children, and devoted French Bulldog mom to Latte, Shirita understands firsthand the dynamics of balancing personal commitments, family life, and professional aspirations. Her own life experiences give her a unique perspective and empathy for clients navigating change, building resilience, and strengthening relationships.​
Her interdisciplinary trademarked A.R.V.U.M. Framework is tailored to each client, leveraging highly recognized behavioral assessments and customized interventions to inspire growth and action. With expertise spanning executive, couple, career, skill, goal, and life coaching, Shirita has worked on a broad spectrum of challenges, empowering leaders and individuals to unlock their potential and achieve meaningful success.
Shirita broadened her impact through the 2025 publication of The Emotional Intelligence and Resilience Handbook: Practical Skills for Growth, Connection, and Leadership for Everyone, which presents complex psychological and coaching principles in accessible language. The book combines real-world coaching case studies with psychological theory and research, offering readers reflective questions and exercises that can be applied in professional and personal contexts. This structure enables individuals from diverse backgrounds to connect abstract concepts with specific situations, encouraging the gradual development of emotional intelligence and resilience.
Her proprietary Framework offers clients and readers a methodology to clarify priorities, strengthen relationships, and make decisions aligned with their values and long-term objectives. Shirita received a 2025 Global Recognition Award for her work in leadership, innovation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring throughout her career. She has also received an International Impact Book Award for her book, The Emotional Intelligence and Resilience Handbook: Practical Tools for Growth, Connection, and Leadership for Everyone, and earned a Finalist Medal in the Wishing Shelf International Book Awards for the same work, recognizing the book’s global reach and influence. Nash has received multiple NASA Honor Awards, including the NASA Exceptional Achievement Medal, one of the agency’s highest honors for federal employees whose work significantly supports the agency’s mission.
